How long will my order take to ship?

Orders will typically be shipped the next business day. Custom engraved or monogrammed orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped.

How will my order be packaged?

We understand that you may be ordering our products for a surprise, so all orders will be shipped in a discreet, plain box or mailer with no visible logos or branding.

How can I get free shipping?

All orders qualify for free shipping, no minimums required!

Can you ship my order using UPS, FedEx, or USPS?

Our free standard shipping for ring boxes will ship via USPS First Class Mail. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout for UPS or Priority shipping.

How do I send you my engraving or monogram details?

Please note the design style you would like and enter it in the cart notes, along with any initials, names, or dates.

Will I receive a proof for my custom order?

Yes! All custom orders will be sent a proof via email that must be approved before the engraving process can begin. Please keep an eye out for any emails from shop@soulmatebox.com. Please note, once the proof is approved we are unable to make any changes. 


Items are eligible for returns if they are in unused and undamaged condition within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned with any outer packaging boxes they may have arrived with. Please carefully wrap items before shipping back to us. Returns will be processed within 7 days of delivery. 

Custom Engraved or Monogrammed Orders

Due to the nature of the product, personalized orders can not be returned or refunded. Please ensure you have entered the correct spelling of any names or dates as once they are engraved we cannot change it. 

**For custom orders, we will email you a proof for approval. Once the proof has been approved, we cannot make any changes. Please do not approve the proof until you are completely satisfied with the design.
