Return Policy

Items are eligible for returns if they are in unused and undamaged condition

Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

All items must be returned with any outer packaging boxes they may have arrived with.

Please include your packing slip or receipt with the return package so that we may identify your return.

Please carefully wrap items before shipping back to us.

Returns are processed every Friday and will be processed within two weeks of delivery.

Custom engraved orders are not eligible for returns or refunds. If we have made a mistake with your order, please send us an email!

Orders returned due to an invalid or incorrect address and orders returned marked return to sender by USPS or UPS will be subject to a 10% restocking fee plus shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. To avoid this, please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order.
