Returns

Not happy with your purchase? Please send us a message at shop@soulmatebox.com and we will make it right!

Items are eligible for returns if they are in unused and undamaged condition, and returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
All items must be returned with any outer packaging boxes they may have arrived with. Please carefully wrap items before shipping back to us.
Please include your packing slip or receipt with the return package so that we may identify your return.
Returns are processed every Friday and will be processed within two weeks of delivery.
Custom engraved or monogrammed orders are not eligible for returns or refunds. If we have made a mistake with your order, please send us an email!
Orders returned due to an invalid or incorrect address and orders returned marked return to sender by the shipping company will be subject to a 10% restocking fee plus shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. To avoid this, please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order.
Soulmatebox does not cover return shipping. If returning using our label service, returns will incur a flat $6 shipping fee per return label. Please send us an email to request a return shipping label.
