Not happy with your purchase? Please send us a message at shop@soulmatebox.com and we will try our best to make it right!

Items are eligible for returns if they are in unused and undamaged condition
Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
All items must be returned with any outer packaging boxes they may have arrived with.
Please include your packing slip or receipt with the return package so that we may identify your return.
Please carefully wrap items before shipping back to us.
Returns are processed every Friday and will be processed within one week of delivery.
Custom engraved or monogrammed orders are not eligible for returns or refunds. If we have made a mistake with your order, please send us an email!
